When will you receive your drawing?
Turn around time is typically two to three weeks depending on the art you choose and amount of work I have before I can start on your drawing.
How long will the colors last?
I use colored pencils with a light fast of over 100 years. It helps to keep it out of direct sunlight.
How fragile is the artwork?
The surface isn't fixed and will smudge if improperly handled.
What's your return and refund policy?
Each drawing requires time and materials. I don't accept returns or make refunds.
What if I don't like it or change my mind?
I do my best to be accurate in creating a hand drawn portrait, based on the reference material you provide. I may take some creative license, but it's my interpretation of the photograph you send me.
